I’m sorry, IS THERE NOTHING IN THE PATRIOT ACT that allows cops/FBI/what-have-you to get to this guys place and MAKE SURE that he doesn’t do this? I mean, wasn’t the First Amendment ripped asunder by the Patriot Act for moments JUST LIKE THIS? How does this situation NOT fit in the “protecting citizens here and abroad” reason we even have the Patriot Act? Or was that never the intention?

How is this guy not considered an American Terrorist?

I’m sorry, IS THERE NOTHING IN THE PATRIOT ACT that allows cops/FBI/what-have-you to get to this guys place and MAKE SURE that he doesn’t do this?
